What do you like about the work that you do?

I like to meet someone, get to know them, then help fulfill their lives through finding them a job they can enjoy.

Basically, everybody can work. It’s just finding the best opportunity for them that fits that person’s strength so they can be successful.

What motivates you to do your best on the job?

The folks I’m working with. The thought of them needing me makes me motivated, and seeing success by outcomes.

My ability to work and get along with people. I listen to people, I don’t tell them what they need to do. They tell me what they want to do, and we work with that and go from there.

Let’s take money out of the equation and say that you don’t need for anything. What would you focus on doing if you could do whatever you wanted in this world, as it exists now?

Being able to assist people, that’s what I want to do.

What do you want to contribute to others?

I’m always here for people in need. I’ll always be friendly and assist in any way I can. And to help them achieve a better life.

How have you handled challenges in your life?

I think about my personality and who I am. My philosophy is to not get too high or too low emotionally. You have to take everything in stride and work through it.
