14.5 years at Zoom Group 
Why did you become a DSP?
1988, Honestly? I NEEDED A JOB. I was a single parent with 3 children to take care of.  I had no idea this would turn into my career.
What do you like about the work that you do?
No matter how hard the day has been there is always some sort of reward.  A smile, an accomplishment, a humorous situation.
What is your philosophy toward the work you do?
 
 
 
 
 

Text Box: All people need and desire interaction, human touch, want to and CAN learn.  We are all God’s children and deserve to be treated as an equal…..with love and respect.
What motivates you to do your best on the job?
My clients...  To see them make an accomplishment and the sense of pride they display after doing so.
What are your greatest strengths?
I think I am best at reaching in to each person and finding some strength for him or her to expand and grow.  Also I am good at finding age appropriate activities and breaking them down into small steps in order for each individual to be able to be successful and feel a sense of pride in how he or she was a part of a team effort.
What is your life message?
“Let it Begin with Me”
Let’s take money out of the equation and say that you don’t need for anything. What would you focus on doing if you could do whatever you wanted in this world, as it exists now?
I would devote my time and energy to my family and my grandchildren.  If money was no issue I would donate to every organization I could.  Especially special needs and abused and neglected children.
If you could ask one question of people you meet, what would you ask them?
To please treat others’ as they would like to be treated.

Kindness and goodwill.

Respect
How have you handled challenges in your life?
Put one foot in front of the other and asked God for the strength to drag the other along!

Peace, happiness, and comfort.
