Provides direct assistance (companionship, guidance and support) within the community to individuals, families or groups of individuals with extraordinary support needs. Facilitates each client's experience of and participation in daily life as a valued member of the community. Assures that areas operate appropriately and safely, within regulations set forth by licensing and funding agency standards (CARF) and in accord with the agency's mission, values and code of ethics. Oversees the operations of in-bound tagging of motorcycle accessories at Cycle Gear distribution warehouse.  Supervises, trains and coordinates activities of adults with developmental disabilities engaged in labeling, attaching sensor tags and repackaging products. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with Zoom Group policies and applicable laws. Experience preferred. Full time.
