Title: Guide to Consent
This session will offer DSPs information and tools to understand and assist consumers on how to
implement critical life decisions. Area (s) covered will be consent and community living, consent and the law, finding an attorney, guardianship and alternatives, advance directives, appearing in court, consumer rights and responsibilities, sexuality and sexual expression and creating a will.

For organizations that help people have a good life in the community it can be hard to know just how successful you are. As a first attempt to give some shape and definition to such success, In Control has developed 8 standards/outcomes for people. Tool will be available.
